Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl

- 1 large Banana frozen
- 1 cup Strawberries frozen
- ⅓ cup Oat milk (or preferred milk)
Toppings
- Shredded coconut
- Banana fresh, chopped
- Strawberries fresh, sliced
- Granola
- Peanut/nut butter
- Honey
Gather all the ingredients and ensure that your bananas and strawberries are properly frozen. Freezing the fruit helps create a thick and creamy consistency.
In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, frozen bananas and milk of your choice. You may also add honey or maple syrup for some extra sweetness (although we don't think it needs it).
Blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, stop the blender and scrape down the sides to ensure everything is evenly incorporated.
Once the mixture is smooth and creamy, transfer it to a bowl.
Top with your favorite toppings.
