Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large Banana frozen
  • 1 cup Strawberries frozen
  • cup Oat milk (or preferred milk)

Toppings

  • Shredded coconut
  • Banana fresh, chopped
  • Strawberries fresh, sliced
  • Granola
  • Peanut/nut butter
  • Honey

Instructions
 

  • Gather all the ingredients and ensure that your bananas and strawberries are properly frozen. Freezing the fruit helps create a thick and creamy consistency.
  • In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, frozen bananas and milk of your choice. You may also add honey or maple syrup for some extra sweetness (although we don't think it needs it).
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, stop the blender and scrape down the sides to ensure everything is evenly incorporated.
  • Once the mixture is smooth and creamy, transfer it to a bowl.
  • Top with your favorite toppings.
