Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup spinach
  • ½ cup dinosaur kale (also known as lacinato kale)
  • 1 cup Alkaline water
  • 1 lime
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 cup frozen peach
  • 1 serving of protein powder

Instructions
 

  • Wash the spinach and kale thoroughly and remove any tough stems.
  • Cut the cucumber and lime into chunks.
  • Add the spinach, kale, cucumber, and lime to a blender.
  • Pour in the Alkaline water.
  • Add the frozen peach to the blender.
  • If desired, add a serving of homemade protein powder.
  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy.

Notes

If you prefer a thinner consistency, you can add more Jovē Alkaline water or regular water until it reaches your desired consistency. And if you want to make this smoothie ahead of time, you can store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Just give it a quick stir or shake before drinking.
