- 1 cup mango frozen
- 1.5 cup oat milk
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Gather all the ingredients and ensure that your bananas and mangos are properly frozen. Freezing the fruit helps create a thick and creamy consistency.
In a blender, combine the blue spirulina frozen mangos, frozen bananas, hemp seeds, chia seeds and milk of your choice. You may also add honey or maple syrup for some extra sweetness (although we don't think it needs it).
Blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, stop the blender and scrape down the sides to ensure everything is evenly incorporated.
Once the mixture is smooth and creamy, transfer it to a bowl.
