Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups mango chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 lime juiced
  • ΒΌ cup honey

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, add an extra splash of coconut water to help with the blending process.
  • Adjust the sweetness or tartness by adding more honey or lime juice according to your preference. Blend briefly to incorporate any adjustments.
  • Carefully pour the mango mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion during freezing. If desired, sprinkle in any optional toppings or garnishes.
  • Place the popsicle sticks into each mold, ensuring they are inserted firmly and upright.
  • Transfer the filled popsicle molds to the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely firm.
