Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup coconut water unsweetened
  • ½ orange
  • ¾ cup pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Prep the ingredients: Wash the kale leaves and remove the stems. Peel the orange and banana and chop into chunks. Cut the pineapple into chunks as well.
  • Blend the ingredients: In a blender, combine the kale, coconut water, orange, pineapple, banana, and chia seeds. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more coconut water to achieve your desired consistency.
  • Serve and enjoy: Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately. You can also garnish with some extra chia seeds, if desired.
